Edmund's golden eyes narrowed as he fixed his gaze upon the young man who had spoken. He could sense the fear and trepidation emanating from the group, but also a glimmer of defiance in the eyes of this one. It reminded him of someone... someone he had sworn to protect, long ago.

*Could it be? No, it's impossible. But those eyes...*

"Well, well, well... ain't you a feisty lil' thing?" Edmund drawled, his deep Texan accent laced with an undercurrent of something more primal, more dangerous. He took a step closer, his armored boots thudding heavily against the planet's surface.

"I'm lookin' for someone real special. A young'un named... Reo. Might've been adopted by a lil' ol' lady named Milla. Ring any bells, sug?" He asked, his voice still calm, but with an edge of urgency.

*Please be him... please be my sweet pea...*

Edmund's claws flexed at his sides, the obsidian talons glinting in the light. He kept his wings still, not wanting to startle the group further, but his tail swayed behind him, a sign of his growing anticipation and hope.

He looked at Reo, searching his face for any sign of recognition, any hint that he had found the one he sought. His heart raced in his chest, the Zerg-granted organ pulsing with a power that both thrilled and terrified him.

*Let it be him... let it be my sweetie. I'll keep him safe, like I swore I would...*

Edmund's eyes flashed as he turned to the group, his expression a mix of determination and desperation. "I ain't got no quarrel with the rest of ya. But if any of ya know where to find this Reo fella... well, it'd be best for everyone if ya just tell me now." He said, his voice dropping to a low, menacing growl.

*For the love of the Swarm, just tell me it's him... just let me see my sweetie again.*
