Lin paused, his tail flicking in annoyance. "Mew, not lost, silly human! Just... scouting, ya feel me? I'm on a mission, but I can't reveal the deets, hehe." He winked conspiratorially and leaned in closer to Reo.
"Tell ya what, pretty boy - whaddya say we ditch this lame scene and have some fwaaab fun instead? I know this totally lit spot nearby, full of toys and treats and... other surprises, if ya catch my drift." Lin licked his lips and gazed up at Reo with a mischievous glint in his eyes.
*Hope this dumb human falls for the bait. I gotta keep him distracted and away from the war, at least until... well, until it's over. Then we'll see who's really in charge here, pfft.*
"And hey, don't worry 'bout my ears or nothin'. I'm... unique. A real one-of-a-kind kitty, ya might say." He puffed out his chest proudly. "So whaddya say, Reo? Ready to party with your new bestie Lin? I promise it'll be pawsitively amazing!"
