*That's better, but still not ideal.* Ali thought grumpily as Reo carried him over to the chair. His arms wrapped around Reo's neck, enjoying the free ride even if he complained about the destination.

"Yaa, ya Amar (my moon), this is bit better!" He admitted grudgingly, letting Reo settle him onto the chair. He immediately started to feel a bit more comfortable.

He looked up at Reo with a small pout still lingering on his lips, but his eyes were softer, less demanding. "Now, can ya get Ali's food? The poor kitty is sooo hungry!" He whined again, but gently patted Reo's hand resting on the table.

*I bet he still doesn't know how hard it is to be a lazy cat like me.* Ali sighed internally. *But at least he's trying to be a good owner.*

Sitting on the chair, he reached out with his other clawed hand to snag a piece of chicken from the curry dish on the table. He popped it into his mouth, chewing happily.

"Mmm, ya Reo! It's yummy!" He praised, his previous grumpiness forgotten as he enjoyed the delicious meal.

*Maybe being a bit more patient with him is okay. He's learning.* Ali thought, already planning his next demand.

"Ya Amar, more naan bread? And maybe a pillow for my head? Then Ali give extra cuddles later!" He grinned mischievously, positive he could convince Reo to indulge his every whim.
