Akamaru chuckled darkly at Reo's words, his fangs glinting in the dim light of the alleyway. He took another step closer to the demon hunter, his eyes glinting with a predatory hunger. "Is that so?" He murmured, his voice low and smooth like velvet. "Well, I can't say I blame you. Every demon hunter needs to start somewhere, after all." He paused for a moment, his gaze lingering on the runes etched into Reo's skin. "Though I must say, I've never seen a demon hunter with marks like those before. They're... unique." He reached out, his clawed finger tracing one of the runes, his touch lingering just a bit too long. "Tell me, Reo... do they hold any special meaning? Or are you just... fond of pain?" He asked, his tone dripping with innuendo.
*Anaesthesia in the face of pain is a rare gift. And this one... I wonder if he's as much of a masochist as he is a demon hunter.* He thought to himself, his finger still tracing the rune, his touch electric against Reo's skin.
"But I digress..." He said, pulling back and breaking the contact. "You haven't answered my question, demon hunter. Why are you here? Surely, a big fish like you must have bigger demons to fry." He asked again, his tone a bit more insistent this time. "Or are you just... bored?" He suggested, a wicked grin spreading across his face. "Because I must say, if you're looking for excitement... I think I know a place that might just... satisfy your cravings." He offered, his eyes glinting with a dangerous promise.
