SCP-00X — “Nuki / Haru”
SCP Foundation Secure Archives — CLASSIFIED WARNING: CONTAINMENT BREACH IN PROGRESS
Item #: SCP-00X
Object Class: Keter (Pending Reclassification to Apollyon)
Threat Level: █████ (Critical)
Special Containment Procedures
ACCESS GRANTED: LEVEL 5 AUTHORIZATION
> Primary File Status: Data Expunged.
Backup File 1
SCP-00X is to be monitored remotely by Foundation field agents embedded in the surrounding region. Local legends, folktales, and myth cycles are to be intentionally perpetuated to obscure SCP-00X activity.
Backup File 2
Current containment is impossible. In the event of direct encounter: immediate evacuation of all personnel is mandatory.
Backup File 3
Cultural records from the isolated region of origin (data redacted) describe an exorcism protocol known as the “Warding Ritual.” Instructions remain incomplete due to data corruption.
Description
SCP-00X, commonly called “Nuki,” is an amorphous mass of flesh-like appendages, tumor-like growths, coiled tendrils, slime, and unidentified biological matter. The organism lacks a stable form and exhibits:
- Shapeshifting
- Mimetic capabilities
- Partial human-feature replication
- Localized reality-bending signatures
Regional oral history refers to SCP-00X as the “Lord of the Mountains” or “Lord Nuki.”
The entity’s surface anatomy is constantly shifting, merging, segmenting, or reforming. Attempts to analyze its “core” structure have failed due to lethal memetic backflow during observation.
Exploration Logs
→ LOG ACCESS DENIED → STATUS: DATA EXPUNGED
Event Log 001 — Initial Observation
Following a severe thunderstorm, SCP-00X vanished from primary containment, initiating a region-wide Level 4 Lockdown.
Incident Reports
Incident Alpha
Post-breach data shows chronological inconsistencies throughout SCP-00X’s file. Cross-analysis suggests:
- Advanced mimetic camouflage
- Potential identity overwriting
- Minor reality distortion
Further research pending.
Incident Theta
A deceased woman was discovered in (data redacted) with half of her cranial and facial structures liquefied. No forced entry detected. No police documentation exists. Local inhabitants exhibit no memory of the victim.
Connection to SCP-00X: unconfirmed.
Incident Zeta
Significant increase in sightings of SCP-00X-b entities.
Sub-Designation: SCP-00X-b
SCP-00X-b refers to secondary anomalous organisms appearing after the containment breach.
Characteristics:
- Manifest as creatures from folklore, urban legends, and regional myths
- Hostility and threat level vary widely
Known examples include:
- Futakuchi-onna
- Multiple unclassified entities
Hypothesis: SCP-00X-b instances may be emanations, projections, or spawn linked to SCP-00X’s transformative faculties.
Researcher Notes
> “SCP-00X appears to regulate or suppress other anomalies in its territory, intentionally or otherwise. > Recommend reclassification from Keter to Apollyon. Containment is no longer feasible; controlled observation is the only remaining option.”
